My Baby Sister

This is my baby sister, Julia.  I love her so much and miss her when she is in Idaho!  I can't wait for her to come visit in April!  These are some old pictures from Julia's modeling days.  She is my go to girl when I need some practice.  Love this girl.

Alison & Stephen

A couple months ago I was able to get together with Alison and Stephen to shoot their engagement pictures!  The weather was perfect in Old Sacramento and the scenery was beautiful.  Ali and I have been friends since we were kids and I am so excited for her to get married.  She and Stephen are super cute together and we had a blast!

Living With Giants -

I was recently privileged enough to help design the album cover for Living With Giants' newest album The World is Held by a Taut String.  Living With Giants is a local band started by one of my best friends Ryan Mannie.  They are completely instrumental and breath of fresh air in a world full pop princesses.  We had a blast listening to music and creating images.  You can see their website HERE.

Birds, Flowers, and Family

I asked Ben to go pick a flower for me to photograph and this is what he picked.  Who knew the back of a flower could be so beautiful.  I love having two windows in my room, it makes it so sunny, and perfect lighting for photography.  I love being back in California, there's so much sun here.  And birds, flowers, and family.  I love sitting outside with Grandpa and identifying birds.  I love getting sunburned and driving through the hills on the way to work.  I love seeing my brothers all the time and playing cards with my parents.  I love being here with Ben and showing him all the places I grew up with.  Pretty much, I am having the time of my life.  I am so glad we moved here.

New Curtains

My husband and I recently moved back to Northern California.  I grew up here and we missed the warm weather while we were up in Idaho.  We are living at my grandfather's house while we look for an apartment.  My mother surprised me with a pair of beautiful curtains the day we moved in.  I love her!  And I love my curtains!
